Vision. Built.

We build the internal tools your operation has been waiting on and IT never had time for.

Custom systems, apps, and automations. Scoped, built, and shipped without the backlog, the committee, or the six-month roadmap.

Chapter I · The Problem

Your team already knows what needs to be built.

It's just stuck. Behind IT's backlog, an agency's quarterly retainer, or a freelancer who disappeared halfway through. Meanwhile the spreadsheet keeps growing, the workaround becomes the process, and the work doesn't get done.

I

Internal IT is Buried

Your dev team is focused on core infrastructure. Small but high-impact tools never make the cut.

II

Agencies Move Too Slowly

Discovery calls, scopes of work, and quarterly retainers for what should be a focused two-week build.

III

Freelancers Can't Go the Distance

Great for one-off tasks, but no continuity. Nobody to call when the next problem shows up.

Chapter II · What We Build

Systems, apps, and automation. Built around how your team actually works.

Every project starts with one real, specific problem. We scope it tightly, build it fast, and hand over something your team can actually run on.

I

Internal Tools & Dashboards

Replace spreadsheets and manual reporting with purpose-built tools your team logs into every day.

II

Custom Apps & Platforms

Customer-facing or internal. Built to fit your exact workflow, not bent to fit a template.

III

AI Automation

Automate the repetitive work between your tools. Data entry, reporting, approvals, follow-ups, using AI where it actually helps.

IV

Websites & Web Platforms

Fast, modern, and built to be maintained. Not a CMS template that breaks the moment you need something custom.

Once We're In, Additional Capabilities
Graphic Design Photo & Video Editing Marketing Strategy Marketing Mix Execution Product Design

Most projects don't stay purely technical. If your build needs a brand refresh, a launch video, or a marketing push to go with it, that's already covered. No need to brief a second vendor.

Chapter III · How We Work

Built like a co-founder would build it.

No account managers, no committees, no project passed between departments. The person scoping your project is the same person building it.

Step 1

Define the Problem

One short call to understand the actual bottleneck. Not a generic discovery process.

Step 2

Scope & Plan

A clear, fixed plan. What gets built, how long it takes, what it costs.

Step 3

Build & Check In

Regular working versions, not a black box you wait six weeks to see.

Step 4

Ship & Support

Handed over, documented, and supported. A direct line for what comes next.

Chapter IV · The Ship's Code

How this ship is run.

Four commitments, written down so you can hold Xøne to them. Each one costs us something and wins you certainty, which is the right trade.

Article I

The Honest No

Some scoping conversations end with Xøne advising against the project. If buying beats building, you get a product name instead of a proposal. If the timing is wrong, you hear that too.

Article II

Built to Outlive the Builder

Everything ships into your accounts, on mainstream technology, with documentation written for whoever comes after. Any competent developer could take over tomorrow. Leaving Xøne is painless by design.

Article III

The Number Before the Work

Every project gets a fixed price on a defined scope before anything begins. If the scope changes, the number is re-agreed first. There is no meter running.

Article IV

No Dark Weeks

You see the tool running early and get plain written updates as it grows. No silence, no big reveal, and no surprises in either direction.

Chapter V · The Logbook

Work, entered into the record.

NorthLine Field Services · Dispatch Board

Spec work, built end to end. NorthLine is a fictional roofing operation, created so the standard of an Xøne build can be judged in full, live and working, not described.

The Brief

A fifteen-crew field operation running dispatch on a wall calendar, two spreadsheets, and a group chat. Jobs slipped between the cracks, nobody could say which crew was where, and the owner spent every morning untangling the day by phone.

What Was Built

A single dispatch board the whole operation runs on. Jobs move across five stages by drag and drop, every job carries its crew, time window, value, and notes, and a schedule view shows the week for every crew at a glance. Live counts of unassigned work and booked pipeline sit at the top, always current, never compiled by hand.

The Point

This is the shape and finish of an Xøne build: scoped tight, delivered fast, and made for the way a working team actually operates. Click around the live demo above, everything on it functions.

Chapter VI · Questions

What people ask before they reach out.

I.What does Xøne do?

Xøne builds custom internal tools, dashboards, apps, websites, and AI automations for companies. Once a project is underway, the same team also covers graphic design, video editing, and marketing, so most clients don't need a second vendor.

II.Where does Xøne work with clients?

Anywhere in the world. Xøne is a Danish studio that works remotely with companies wherever they are, and distance has never been what decides the quality of a build. The first conversation works the same from any timezone.

III.Does Xøne do on-site visits?

Remote by default, and most projects never need more than that. For larger builds where being on the ground would make the product genuinely better, on-site time can be built into the project's scope.

IV.What kind of problems does Xøne solve?

Manual processes that should be automated, internal tools IT doesn't have bandwidth to build, websites or apps that need building or rebuilding, and the design or marketing work that often comes with those projects.

V.How is Xøne different from a typical agency?

One person handles your project from scoping through delivery. No account managers, no handoffs between departments, and fixed-scope projects instead of open-ended retainers.

VI.What happens if Xøne disappears tomorrow?

Nothing that traps you. Every build lives in your accounts, runs on mainstream technology, and ships with documentation written for the next developer. That is a deliberate design rule at Xøne: the tool must outlive its builder.

VII.Will Xøne ever advise against building?

Yes, and it happens. If an off-the-shelf product fits your problem, you get its name instead of a proposal. Custom software is the right answer often enough that Xøne can afford to be honest when it is not.

VIII.What is a custom internal tool?

Software built around how one specific team works: a dispatch board shaped to your crews, a dashboard pulling exactly your numbers, an automation that removes your particular repetitive task. It is the opposite of forcing your process into off-the-shelf software.

IX.How long does a project take?

Small tools and automations typically land in days to a few weeks. Larger builds are scoped in clearly defined stages, and the timeline is agreed before any work begins, because it is part of the fixed plan.

X.What does a project cost?

Every project gets a fixed price before it starts, based on a tightly defined scope. No hourly billing, no open-ended retainers, and no invoice surprises. If the scope changes along the way, the price is re-agreed first.

XI.What happens after delivery?

Every build is handed over working and documented, with a direct line for questions and fixes. Ongoing improvements become their own clearly scoped agreement when you want them, never an automatic retainer.

XII.Can Xøne help with design and marketing, not just software?

Yes. Graphic design, photo and video editing, and marketing strategy and execution are all available, typically brought in once a technical project is already underway.

XIII.How does a project with Xøne start?

With a short conversation to define the actual problem, followed by a fixed plan covering what gets built, how long it takes, and what it costs, before any work begins.
